Benguet Linemen Electrical Services Inc. was established in 1992 as a contractor for linemen and electricians for electrical utility companies both in Benguet and Baguio City. Consisting of Top Rated Electrical Engineers, Civil and Architectural Engineers and Industrial Engineers, our company provides sound, top quality and certified standards in terms of building, installation, maintenance and delivery of power to homes and commerce.
Our company has been servicing Baguio Electric Cooperative (Beneco) for more than 28 years and consistenly providing line distribution management and maintenance services, new electrical construction services, power delivery and regulating services to our client.
We also provide services to government bodies in terms of construction and implementation of technology on commercial and industrial scale providing manpower and equipment to finish the job.

President
Mr. Robert C. Dicksen founded Benguet Linemen Electrical Services Inc. together with other Engineers and Investors and gathered around 40 electrical engineers and Board certified electricians to provide electrical services to government agencies and utility companies back then. Today the company has more than 300 employees and regular contracts across government and non-government firms to ensure all electrical, phone and internet services are uninterupted for every homes.

Wilfredo S. Acyapas
Vice President
Wilfredo S Acyapas co-founded Benguet Linemen Electrical Services Inc. together with Robert Dicksen in 1992. They started to select top engineers and linemen in Baguio City and La Trinidad to bring BLES Inc to what it is today. Wil Acyapas handles all the operations and contracts being handed to the engineers and staff and meets the staff on a regular basis to check if everything is under standard protocols and NTC and FIIEE, PEE, ACPE & APEC Standard Guaranteed.

Ralph Caluza Kimpa-oy
Corporate Secretary
Ralph Caluza Kimpa-oy joined Benguet Linemen Electrical Services Inc.in 2000. He headed investment and strategic approaches in terms of finance and operations to keep the company thrive and afloat during crisis and in high profit years. He is currently working to find strategic investment positions to make the company meet the financial contracts to government agencies and utility bodies in northern Luzon and other parts of Southern Luzon.
